Since the new... (Verified Renter) Since the new maintenance supervisor has been employed at this community, requests are completed well within a reasonable time frame. In some cases, he is willing and able to clearly explain maintenance issues and provide clear timelines if requests can't be resolved immediately or within the first visit. It is a huge relief to not worry about maintenance concerns.

From the care and design of the grounds, to the professional office and maintenance staff, to the little touches, like the pest control system, my apartment is comfortable, quiet, and a pleasant place to call home.
