(Verified Renter) I find it bewildering that for an apartment community that is located less than a mile away from a giant lake, a paddle board is not an acceptable item to keep on the balcony. A rusted bicycle or some p.os. plastic chairs/lawn furniture are totally fine, but I couldn't keep my paddle board out there on the ground because you're trying to maintain the "image" of the complex?
