I rented my unit a 10x20 on 11/8/24. I just started moving stuff in today unit is clean has a light which is so great to have. Earlier before I had even started to move stuff I. I got a call.from them, checking to see if everything was going good with the unit! I have rented units thru many companies in different states and many cities and this is the 1st time I have ever had a company call and ask if everything was going OK and to let me know if I have any kind of issue to let them know.
Such an easy experience to rent a unit! I did everything online, went in this morning to get a key & be shown to my unit. Love it!

The customer service is excellent. And the price is right. They also clean up the lot quickly when it snows. And all facilities, indoor and outside are clean and inviting. Today customer service is hard to find. Not so with storage direct. I highly recommend supporting businesses with such strong customer focus! Five stars all around.
