RecommendedThe customer service is excellent. And the price is right. They also clean up the lot quickly when it snows. And all facilities, indoor and outside are clean and inviting. Today customer service is hard to find. Not so with storage direct. I highly recommend supporting businesses with such strong customer focus! Five stars all around.

We were told if we got an inside unit it would be half price for the first 6 months. Yet they keep charging us full price and told us that it was only half price for the first month. The three of us there when we got the unit all remember him saying it was half price for the first 6 months. We wouldn't have got an inside unit otherwise. It feels very much like a bait and switch. I wouldn't recommend this place and will be looking for another storage facility ASAP to move my stuff to.

UPDATE: Storage Direct after hearing about my situation, has went above and beyond to help me with my situation. I recant my previous statement.
