I called in for a quote today and Martha was the one helping me. She was very friendly and helpful. I got the quote and she invited me to come take a look at the storage space. I came in and she was very professional. She answered all my concerns and let me know what my total would be to move in. She wasn't pushy at all. She is what good customer services is all about. She made my day. 5++ stars for Martha.
This storage facility is very convenient right by the 60 and 605 Frwy. Never had any problems and so easy to access my goodies. Irene has been there for me with all her patience and helpfulness for all my storage and moving needs. Reasonable rates in this area with easy accessibility. Clean and well kept storage lot.

I can't say enough enough wonderful things about Irene and her colleagues, they have been very professional, kind and eager to help. Btw, it is the most reasonably priced that I found after extensive research.
