The rental process was easy and was availble same day for move in. I rented the storage place and was going to come in later in the day to move in. This is my first time renting a storage unit. Samantha was very friendly and approachable. She was patient to show me 3 different sizes of units. I have rented a 10 foot Uhaul truck and ended up renting a 8x10 unit.
