Amelia was extremely helpful with helping me get a storage unit. Excellent customer service and answers all questions. Would definitely recommend for anybody looking to store any personal items and belongings.
I needed a storage unit fast and unfortunately I did not start looking until the last minute. I had a packed truck but no storage unit. It was the end of the day and everything was closing but Amelia at the south El Monte location pulled everything together for me. After speaking with her for only a couple of minutes on the phone I was able to pull into a clean facility with low prices and no hassle.
I had such a great experience here with Sam! The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. You can really tell they care about their customers and take pride in what they do. The atmosphere was clean, welcoming, and comfortable. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish, and the quality of service was even better than I expected. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to friends and family!
