Very clean and well maintained. Mine is upstairs and is air conditioned. The staff has been ok to deal with use to be better but seems they have a big turn over on employees

The staff here is awesome! Paul, the manager, has been extremely kind to us and they always go above and beyond like helping us locate two units next to each other. The units are spotlessly clean and they run a tight ship which I appreciate as I know it means my items are safely stored. You do need to follow the rules and be out promptly by 9pm or the gate locks you out and I 100% prefer that over a free-for-all system...it makes me know that things are safely locked up overnight. I can't say enough about the office staff at this location. They are always so helpful and the grounds are always clean. I would recommend this property to anyone looking. I've also felt safe anytime I enter this property
I was immediately impressed by the fast and professional customer service agent, Jovani. He explained the process and answered my questions. Courtesy coffee & water in a cool temperature office awaited me. My check-in was hassle-free and riding in the golf cart was convenient & practical. My unit was clean & compared to other storage places, the price was competitive. Thank you Jovani for excellent customer service & fresh coffee!
Great storage facility, the managers here are absolutely the best. I recently had fraud on my debit card and forget to change out my information. I got a phone call as a quick reminder that I needed to adjust my payment method. Loraine was super helpful in processing my payment and getting my account current. Thanks guys, keep doing a great job!
I've stored with this location on and off for years and have never had a problem. The facility has always been clean and well kept, gate hours have been great and the staff has been friendly and informative. I recently rented another unit and Eddy was fantastic. He was friendly, he asked all the right questions and he did not make me feel pressured to buy anything that I did not need or want. The entire process was quick and simple. Great place to rent a storage or a parking space, very clean facility and the gate hours are very accessible.
I rented here for 10 months and I never had any issues. Their pricing is competitive and and the storage unit exceed what the surrounding competitors have to offer. I want to said thank you to Eddie for helping me check out on my last day. He was professional and courteous. I definitely would use this place again and two thumbs up for Eddie.
