As a returning customer, several years between visits, they're always super easy, accessible, and feel safe! Definitely recommend. Found a nice indoor spot for our mementos!

First time here, came in and the ladies were really helpful and informative. My experience was fast and my unit was clean, a plus!

They give you a free lock for a good review when you move in. Then when you turn in your clean unit on the last day of the month, they ask my you didn't give more notice and try and charge you for another month .
Writing an update. They give out free locks in exchange for good reviews, so that's why I wrote a positive review. The staff is actually great there. That part wasn't a lie. However, whoever owns the company should be ashamed of themselves. You WILL be broken into. My units have been burgled TWICE in 2.5 years. The second time this happened, the attitude by the staff was kind of like "Well it's happening a lot." Also, they raise prices at least 10% every year, and there's VERY LITTLE security. Beware. They will charge you for a space without you signing any paperwork, agreeing to a space, or giving you access to the facility. This is illegal and fraudulent. They also have contractors and businesses working out of the storage units, with people coming and going that are not renters but rather are workers for unlicensed businesses working out of the storage units. This is also illegal in Fullerton.
UPDATE: Changed my rating. Upon moving out, they didn't have anyone working the office (during business hours) so we couldn't get access to a cart and had to remove everything by hand. When I called, the women wasn't very sympathetic when I asked for a rebate on my last bill. (They have no problem charging 50 dollars plus for after hours use) Her exact words were, "I apologized even though I didn't need to" which is the same as a fluck you. The corporate office is running a scam. They will not except your money for rent then tell you to make your payment on line but their system does not accept online payments. After speaking to the office worker Lisa they charge a 30.00 even though their system does not accept cash or online payments. Lisa gave me the corporate phone number and I was on hold for over four hours and I drove back to the storage as I was still on hold. She sent her boss a email but he refused to answer.
