One of the worst storage companies I've ever rented it. They raised my rent without even notifying me. I go to talk to someone in the office and no one is there. I called and no one answered the phone either. Totally ridiculous and unprofessional. I will be filing a grievance with the Better Business Bureau and/or whoever regulates these types of facilities.

I have a storage unit at Storage Outlet in Fullerton I went to make a payment this morning at 10:53am & there's no one in the office. I stood around and waited for a while & no one showed up . So then I called their phone number (twice) and no one answered. This isn't the first time this has happened, when I go to make a payment and no one's there in the office and nobody answers the phone . Its very frustrating, especially when gas prices are as high as they are, I don't have extra money to be spending on gas driving back... read more
