The space itself seems adequate and quick to rent but it has been extremely difficult to get the storage team to honor their 50% discount for the first 2 months that they advertised (Made sure to confirm the space qualified for the discount also). I tried contacting them multiple times in the last month or so but every bill I've been getting so far is for the full amount. Be very wary and make sure to get them to apply it before renting the space.
Tara(mgr) and I, tzah (asst.mgr) both were exceptional and customer friendly. My second time around doing business with this establishment and have recommended, and will continue to refer Storage Outlet (Chino CA) to family and friends. Thank you
Called at 1230 asking if they had availability and Tara said we sure do. Walked in at 1245 and had the keys by 1. Quick, easy and Tara was awesome.
I'm very pleased to have chosen this location. The young man who helped me explained everything and was informed. I will recommend this storage business.
