I was looking for a unit and I did everything online. It was so simple. I did have an issue uploading my ID so I called and the man was so nice. I have visited the facility and they have always been the nicest. I like this place and recommend it 100%. It is always a great pleasure to see when people like their jobs and have a positive attitude. Thank you so much!!!
Customer service was incredible. We were able to view storage space before signing to make sure it was what we needed. Great experience overall.
Amazing experience! Sandra helped me out and she did an amazing job. Strongly recommend this facility
Friendly service, I made a mistake on renting a unit and the staff helped me fix it no issues. Will rent again
Thank You Sandra for the help- Really appreciate it. U are very helpful. :) Nice area... very convenient.
The service I received at Storage Outlet was outstanding. Sandra Jefferson was extremely professional and took the time to clearly explain every step of the process. Her friendly personality and thoroughness made my experience both smooth and pleasant. I truly appreciate her excellent customer service and attention to detail. Storage Outlet will definitely be my go-to storage facility from now on. Thank you, Sandra, for your professionalism and exceptional support!
Sandra at the front office was quick and helpful with the service . Very clean and nice storage units
As soon as we stepped in for the first time we were greeted by a lovely lady who helped us with our needs. She introduced herself and took us to our unit (that we were looking at). She gave us options and showed us the best bang for our buck (best value). All of our services requested were met. Thanks Sondra!
Sondra was very exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful with her explanation of the rental process. The online reservation process was smooth. The surveillance through out the premises gives me peace of mind.
