RecommendedI enjoyed my stay at storage sense!
Business response:
Rach Reed, thank you so much for the positive review!
RecommendedThe store manager, Michelle Cathey, was AMAZING! She was so sweet and helpful! When I walked in I was overwhelmed and clueless on what I needed and how to accomplish what I was needing to do. She walked me through and helped me find the perfect unit. She even went a step above by providing me with contact info for several moving companies. It was such a pleasure working with her! I would highly recommend Storage Sense. The facilities are really nice and secure and they obviously hire the best of the best! Thank you so much M... read more

However, today, Melinda went above and beyond to help my daughter get a unit quickly and even told her about a special they were running! Super friendly, helpful and professional, Melinda is an asset to an already great place.

RecommendedI have been at Storage Sense for over 10 years. Becky, the manager, has been so helpful and professional. She makes going to the storage unit a pleasure. The facility is always impeccable, the garbage receptacles convenient, and the customer service that Becky has provided is second to none. Her personal attention to the safety and security of my unit has been remarkable. As a corporate account, I could go anywhere to store my items. I choose to stay at Storage Sense because of Becky and her exemplary customer service.

RecommendedI came here 17 years ago and reserved my spot for my camper and truck before it was even open. I’m still here and have had a great time here. Becky has been always helpful and kind to me over all of these years. I’m very happy to hear she is retiring this month and also sad she is leaving. If you don’t know her she has been a great asset to your company. JR
