We’ve had storage units at this facility for years and we just recently moved to a different unit in the building to condense. We’ve only been in the new unit about 6 months and the price has increased over $200!!!!! That is ridiculous. There is no reason for an increase like that. My mom is trying to downsize is this is making it very difficult to do. Storage sense should be ashamed of this!!
Climate controlled means just that !!! It’s always over 80 degrees. There is always an excuse. And now the price is going up? Ever since they were bought out by a northern company there have been cooling issues. This is the south it is hot in the summer so make the correct precautions for that. Soaker hoses on the roof would help tremendously. Get your issues fixed before you raise prices
