They're terrible, raised my rent 2 times in 10 months, over 100 $. They're no lights in the units, and that's probably why their hours open aren't as late as other storage facilities. Mine is in Lodi. And I out of here.

Not very happy with a evil trap set by a big evil dike who thought she liked my ingredients in my storage first move set up sell you a storage with a broken door then no repair man for 30 plus days mind you I came correct and signed up for 3 months at half price so despite the flemsie closet doors that were broke off the hinges day one when I rented the storage set up made me slowly appear to be the one that's at fault made it as if I was irritating them then I meet some woman after I was complaining and they gave me a new s... read more
Be aware of rats!!! Our furniture and rugs were infested with rat excrement, one theater room leader chair chewed up badly and two dinning room chairs chewed up beyond repair. Mattresses were full of rat poop and smelled horrible. Management placed rat traps throughout the property but didn't inform us of the problem. We noticed the traps but thought that inside the unit is safe because there are no holes for rats to get in but we were totally wrong. 2 weeks ago my unit was burglarized. To this day the site manager at 146 disappoints me. I can not get information about it from him. He's refuses to disclose his full name which is not being professional. I asked for the surveillance footage which could be vital information and will not disclose it to me. I just want those thieves to be found. These criminals made off with a significant amount of my belongings. I also want restitution. Also, District manager has not called me back about this.
