My experience at this storage was a complete nightmare- stay away and spare yourself the trouble. After changing their staff members recently, there's a major concern for safety. One staff member slowly drove by my unit 4 times within one hour. During the 4th time, she was filming me and the contents of my unit because she had her phone in her right hand and propped it on top of her left arm elbow, which was holding the steering wheel, while slowly driving by and even stopping in front of my unit. I recently purchased a used car but I'm in the process of moving so I rented an outdoor space to store my car. I drove the car from the dealer to the storage facility, locked it up, set the alarm and left. Upon returning two days later I discover someone has destroyed the driver's door breaking into it, then I find that they ripped the dash apart trying to access the ignition switch. Finding out information before I moved out of the Storage unit 112 and 113 on November 24, 2020. I asked how much would it be if I went over my 30 days into the next month. I was quoted a $1.30 a day if I go over. I ended three days after and I had to pay $18.00 I’m confused on the amount because of what I was quoted before I moved out versus the three days after when I moved out.
