I don't leave reviews that often but when I do I think they're warranted in my opinion from my experience and Crystal from StorAmerica is the most selfless person that I know she what she does she said her word is her bond if you ask her something she will go out of her way to do it she is just awesome

If you're looking for storage in the area, I could not possibly recommend this place anymore. We were looking for a great deal for a short span while we were in between apartments. We called to see what our options were and Crystal was the nicest, most helpful person I may have ever dealt with in a customer service setting. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful to us, explaining exactly what she could provide for us. We arrived later that day and she wrote up the contract and answered our questions. We recently rented a 5x10' space at StorAmerica. We were quoted a price on the phone, reserved a space and made an appointment to complete our contract and pick up the keys to our space. Their employee's, specifically, Johnathan walked us through the entire process. A bonus was the free truck to pick up items from home to storage facility. StorAmeria's facility is clean, secure and well run. Johnathan lives of the property to manage and provide assistance when required. I needed a unit very last minute and StorAmerica came through for me. Their first month deal really helped me out financially. Not only did they save money in my pocket but the staff there is very friendly and knowledgeable. Kerina at the front desk helped make our experience here great. Happy Customer! :)

This place rocks and a young man stands out. Justin's help I can't begin to say was awesome not only did he get us in on a deal but his attitude was positive and went the extra mile in changing out a light so we could see what we were doing. At a time when everything was going wrong he helped to change the day around thanks again Justin you rock

Had been with a "Competitor until I found this place "tucked" away off the 91 Fwy! Prices were OUTSTANDING and great Customer Service. Good Security Measures enforced AND someone lives on the premises! Very Clean facility. Entry Gate works like a charm. One problem though- Not sure of the other elevators, but the one to my upstairs unit had trouble and doesn't look too reliable. Otherwise, this is a good place for storage if you DON'T want to pay those ridiculous prices ALL the other ones charge!!!!.

I needed a storage unit in a pinch and I'm very happy I found StorAmerica. I was able to come see the unit and get a lock on it same day. The staff was very helpful and made me feel at ease with the transaction. Highly recommend this place! Location is also a plus for me being right off the freeway but still tucked away in a secure spot. The 5 stars are for the "no hassle" experience.
