The place is not clean....I rented a 5x10 and they raised my rent to $120.00 a month...I knew I could find a lower monthly rate, and I did I found a large clean place and a 7x10 first month free for $79.00 a month I also called them and told them the date i would be moving out and when i arrived to move the moving carts were suspiciously not available..Fortunately had a dolly with me. SO my advice is to not let them know when u are moving...So the carts don't suspiciously disappear..Just show up and move!

I have been a customer here before they changed to StorAmerica. Prior to the take-over, the facility was well maintained and I had no issues. But now we get rent-hikes almost every quarter of the year, and just this past week, I came by to retrieve a car seat, only to find rat-poison blocks scattered around the building. To my horror,when I opened my unit, rodent fecal matter was there along with the rat-poison food it was eating. Without a doubt the worst customer service I've ever received. The lady running it almost seems to get pleasure in not being helpful. After explaining I am an electrician with flexible hours I asked for extended gate times which was promptly denied. After some infractions of the many unbending rules MY CONTRACT WAS TERMINATED. Realizing this place was not a good fit I just agreed. In response to Sonny N. First of all you mentioned a new truck. That only affects new clients, not for anybody already renting from you. You mentioned ADA upgrades which again only affect new business not us disabled, already renting from you. Your elevator is for freight ONLY. You have the same amount of cameras as every other storage place, no more, no less, they only work If someone is watching them and the fact that so many homeless live here, they obviously aren't watched after hours at all. This property was recently sold. Since then, they changed the payment due date on me (From the 17th of the month to the 1st), throwing my budget out of whack. To pay it on the original due date, I'll get slapped with a $63/month late fee. Since they were purchased, rates keep climbing, and the hours open have dropped from a 10pm closing time until 7pm, making it difficult, if not impossible to get there if needed during the week.

This place is a Joke! My son recently went into the Air Force to serve his country. He needed somewhere to store his life belongings until he received his Station Orders after Basic Training and Tech School. Once stationed, he and family started getting his belongings to him in SC. He was fortunate enough to be home with us for Thanksgiving. He packed very light so that he could take more things home with him.
