For the price I'd say it's fine but the infrastructure is kinda old and shotty. The doors to the units are not that well secured and I don't believe the units are air conditioned. There are no interior lights on the units. The place is locked and you need a combo to enter so I would venture to say it's safe it's just not the most modern facility.

Convenient and easy, storage units are clean. Edwy was very helpful and friendly. He helped me with 2 units. All my stuff is resting comfortably while we move.
I looked at all the storage places near by and this facility is the BEST!! Don't go anywhere else!! Not only in pricing and security but the excellent customer service I received by the manager Jose C. "He was simply amazing!! Needed a storage unit pretty fast. I came here asking questions and was shown several sizes. David was extremely nice and asking me questions about the sizes I may need, the locations of the several sized units and let me pick which one I wanted. The pricing was actually better here than at some of the other places I was looking at. I was specifically informed about the gate hours so I laugh at those reviews stating that they were locked in. In my search for a small storage unit, I went to StorAmerica and was greeted by a very nice young man (Brian), who gave me as much time as I needed, showed me around the facility and answered all of my questions. I scheduled the unit, and when I went back to move in, I was more than happy. Jordan took very good care of us, we secured the unit, and we were able to borrow their truck to move in. I came to StorAmerica because I needed space for my stuff before moving for the military. They were very nice and helpful when I called inquiring about prices. They had the 10x10 unit that I wanted and even had a few to show me. I liked that I had the opportunity to be shown the units by someone and was aloud to choose which one I wanted. They are very considerate about your monthly payments. They offer a 10-day grace period and offer multiple ways to make your payment.
