I have rented a storage unit with Storage Direct, for 4 years. The facility is clean and fair priced. The girls in the office and the owner communicate well and are always super friendly. I have rented three separate units and each was clean, swept, no bugs or yucky pests. As a single woman in and out at various times I have always felt safe and secure. Thank you Direct Storage staff, you do a great job!
Storage Direct is awesome. We've rented units there for years. Danny, the Manager, is always helpful when you need it.
I have been renting here for years now, the employee Danny always welcomes me when I come in he is very nice and always willing to help me when I need it , I feel secure storing here don't plan on going anywhere else!
IT GETS WORSE! I went to my unit around 6:50pm to drop off a few boxes. I locked up at 6:59pm and walked straight to the elevator at 7:00pm -- only to end up STUCK for 15 minutes in 100-degree heat with my 8-year-old son. I pressed the emergency button, and thankfully the ladies who answered were kind and did their best to get us out remotely. Mr. Jimenez, I'm sorry to see this. I know you told me you were going to change your previous 5 star review, but some of your information here is not accurate. Corona PD won't let us file a police report if we didn't experience damage, it is not our choice. Every facility in the area has been hit recently, we're diligently working with law enforcement and the task force of three agencies the County has put together because of the rash of storage burglaries.
