My unit was broken into a year ago and all they said was sorry. We will improve security but how secure is it when they have homeless people living inside the lot? My rent keeps going up, they are quick tack on late fees and collet them where is the money going? Clearly not security.

Corona PD won't let us file a police report if we didn't experience damage, it is not our choice. Every facility in the area has been hit recently, we're diligently working with law enforcement and the task force of three agencies the County has put together because of the rash of storage burglaries. Been at this Facilities's over 10 years had to move out due to raising my rent every year, not working me Reached out to Sonia Facilities manager, asking her if she could work with me on lowering my rates she never replied to me about lowering my rate what happened to customer service or courtesy call to explain why. I would not move it to Facilities due to customer service and the way they treat their customers.

Wonderful staff! Colle and Davina are wonderful! Nice location. Very clean and site looks to be very secure. I've been here for a few years now and it's very convenient and a very good value. Will continue to do business with them! Thanks

Wonderful and easy! Reserved a spot online, the next day went to do paperwork. They showed me the unit and I decided to see a different one which they were not upset or annoyed with at all! Everything was super easy and they were great with answering all my questions! The unit was a little dirty so I went to the office to ask to borrow a broom but one of the ladies insisted on going with me back to the unit and swept it out for me like they should have! Great costumer service!

THEY BROKE INTO OUR UNIT AND CORPORATE IS SORRY TO HEAR THAT. I had not one bad thing to say about this place for three years, loved them and now.... 1 star. We came back to this same location after our three year stint in Vegas and less than a month in.. They broke into our unit. My husband called and they pretty much said so sorry so sad, If you don't like it, move out before the end of the month and we will refund you your $40. The reason the company can't find my name is because the contract is under my SO name. To find out that two other units were broken into and had their lock changed to a company lock is highly suspicious. For the company to not notify customers of potential break ins, isn't justified. And will keep posting reviews. Just be aware if you plan on renting a unit here. Don't just talk to the office people. Their trained to say what they say, which is very little. Talk to some customers.

Someone BROKE into my unit and a dozen others, they stole practically everything!!!!!!! No one lives on site. I'm livid. The locking mechanisms are so easy to break. Its sick!! Their security is non existent, yet they have the nerve to increase the rent?? How about increasing the security?! What a joke!!!!
