It was an easy process; I like the keyless process.
The lady who helped me at the front desk, Shawn, was just awesome! She was very courteous and helpful. She was thorough in explaining everything about the facility and the operation of gates and locks on the app. Very pleasant experience.
New no-lock process is nice!!! Clean facility. Very helpful staff with the rental process.
Shawn was amazing. She walked us through renting 2 units and was very patient.
Process was simple and straightforward, online was easy. Facility is very nice and clean. I rented when the office and call center was closed and still got immediate access. As long as they don't keep raising the rates after you get in (like others), everything will definitely be 5 stars.
Here is a great big shout out of praise for the way Shawn handled our urgent but late notification of our moving. She absolutely went above and beyond in assisting us with several details of moving. Horrible service. Can’t get anyone on the phone to close the deal. I found another storage facility which it took me only 20 minutes to close the transaction. Talking face to face it helps a lot.
