Horrible service. Can’t get anyone on the phone to close the deal. I found another storage facility which it took me only 20 minutes to close the transaction. Talking face to face it helps a lot.

Everything worked just fine on the web until the final signing which was not for the correct storage unit. Shawn, at the desk, had to reset the program and insert the correct unit at which point I had to resign everything.
