Prepare for a longer treatment and more money than you had planned. The initial sales appointment was presented with an incentive to pay up front for a discount and then no more to pay. It was suggested a 6 month treatment would be sufficient. Now at the end of an almost 20 month process I’m asked to pay more. My advice is do your research. This is not the best option in my opinion. It would be nice if the clinic spent some money on refurbishing the centre. It’s extremely tired and dirty.

Unfortunately I have had nothing but issues with my braces since I got them. I have gone in 8 times since September due to having constant issues with my wires, instead of replacing them they just cut them back so they aren’t causing pain, yet still fail to do that correctly. I drove to Norwood today to have my wires cut I only had this done 3 weeks ago, but tonight I’m in pain again and the same wire that was “cut “ is sticking into my cheek causing horrible pain.
