I was at the Norwood clinic last week getting a consult and quote for my son. Was spoken to by a treatment co-ordinator called Sue. She was so helpful and understanding and made both my son and I feel very comfortable and welcomed. I must say what an amazing first impression �

Amazing and genuinely friendly service. I was given treatment options but there was no pressure to choose the most expensive or to choose one I wasn’t comfortable with. Treatment Coordinator Lauren was so friendly and explained everything very clearly. I was able to make an appointment quickly and collect my appliance the next morning. The orthodontist I saw was so friendly and lovely! A great practise with a great team!
