I had my Invisalign treatment with Dr Duncan who made me feel very comfortable and gave great advice throughout my treatment. My treatment started during Covid and I got all the support required at the start of the treatment. They have really nice staff who are always willing to help and answer any questions. They use dental monitoring app which is great and easy to use. It felt it was also a great tool to contact the staff if I was having any issues with my aligners or in general.
