We had to replace our carpet and vinyl flooring. Tracy Wilson was very knowledgeable and helpful. We appreciate the great customer service and work that was done. Floors look great. Thank you!

My husband and I were doing a big remodel on our home, adding almost double our square footage. The team at Brewer Stratton was wonderful in helping us navigate through the process, assisting in helping us find the right contractors at the right price to get the job done. Tracy was helpful, detail oriented, quick in responding and pleasant to interact with. I cannot say enough great things. Tracy at the Brewer Stratton company was a relief to a hectic process.

Experience throughout the lease was pleasant without any overbearing presence. Repairs were promptly addressed and resolved. Action as well as amount rendered for the return deposit was fair and forthright.
Elizabeth was very attentive to my needs and worked very hard to meet my needs as well as provided me with updates. She provided solutions and/or alternatives in a timely manner. She was very open and honest. I enjoy her as the property manager overseer for this property

We have enjoyed living in the home we rent through Brewer and Stratton! Very rarely do we have maintenance issues, but when we do, they make it easy to file a maintenance request either by contacting AJ directly or submitting a request through the tenant portal. We just recently had the home inspected by Dallin who was polite and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a rental property!!

He was very polite, respectful, and helpful in letting me know how he repaired the sink disposal. Asked if I had any questions and answered them quickly and knew what he was doing.
