Thank you so much for your kind words, Steve. We really appreciate you taking the time out to share your experience with us. Cheers, Brewer & Stratton Property Management LLC
We have enjoyed living in the home we rent through Brewer and Stratton! Very rarely do we have maintenance issues, but when we do, they make it easy to file a maintenance request either by contacting AJ directly or submitting a request through the tenant portal. We just recently had the home inspected by Dallin who was polite and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a rental property!!

He was very polite, respectful, and helpful in letting me know how he repaired the sink disposal. Asked if I had any questions and answered them quickly and knew what he was doing.
