We have enjoyed living in the home we rent through Brewer and Stratton! Very rarely do we have maintenance issues, but when we do, they make it easy to file a maintenance request either by contacting AJ directly or submitting a request through the tenant portal. We just recently had the home inspected by Dallin who was polite and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a rental property!!

He was very polite, respectful, and helpful in letting me know how he repaired the sink disposal. Asked if I had any questions and answered them quickly and knew what he was doing.

I had defaulted on my account. I had tons of crazy charge-offs , and also I had a foreclosure on my house. The thought of it every night hurt my head.
