After a couple issues with the vehicle that I purchased I received a follow-up call from Tray and he listened to my concerns and forwarded them to his supervisor. I received a call from Michael and him and I had a great conversation and he listened to my concerns. Streetside Classics of Charlotte has given me the best customer service I have ever received from a dealership. They followed up after the sale and they made it right. Great customer service, Great Staff they care about their customers. I would use them again.

Shopping with Streetside Classics was an incredible experience! The quality and quantity of cars was amazing. I chose a car and made an offer- easy, right? It was! My experience with Tray and Streetside was excellent. Probably the easiest car purchase I’ve ever done. I was very impressed with all the cars in the showroom/ warehouse, all top quality cars in show condition. Operation appears to be a top notch well oiled machine.
