After a couple issues with the vehicle that I purchased I received a follow-up call from Tray and he listened to my concerns and forwarded them to his supervisor. I received a call from Michael and him and I had a great conversation and he listened to my concerns. Streetside Classics of Charlotte has given me the best customer service I have ever received from a dealership. They followed up after the sale and they made it right. Great customer service, Great Staff they care about their customers. I would use them again.

After speaking with Matt, Drove all night from Florida. Car was everything he said, purchase went smoothly. Matt was great to deal with. When returned home. Ellen was on the ball getting us the title. She is also great to deal with!! Thanks guys

My experience with Tray and Streetside was excellent. Probably the easiest car purchase I’ve ever done. I was very impressed with all the cars in the showroom/ warehouse, all top quality cars in show condition. Operation appears to be a top notch well oiled machine.

Great staff! Easy to work with. Made selling my vehicle quick and easy. They handled everything and sent me a check. I definitely plan to work with them in the future! The showroom is beautiful too and has a huge selection of vehicles.
