Streetside Classics was very professional in helping to sell my 2002 Thunderbird. I was very satisfied with the process of agreement as to my expectations for the sale of the vehicles. Paying the additional fee for the vehicle to be "featured" was worth the additional cost in my opinion. I would certainly use Streetside Classics again to help sell a vehicle and I certainly recommend them to others. Derrick Proctor was the "Consignment Representative" that I worked on the transaction.

After a couple issues with the vehicle that I purchased I received a follow-up call from Tray and he listened to my concerns and forwarded them to his supervisor. I received a call from Michael and him and I had a great conversation and he listened to my concerns. Streetside Classics of Charlotte has given me the best customer service I have ever received from a dealership. They followed up after the sale and they made it right. Great customer service, Great Staff they care about their customers. I would use them again.
