They were polite and answered ally questions promptly truthful in description of vehicle I purchased and I had my vehicle the same week
Staff were great but the vehicle purchased did not make the trip home. Multiple issues. Remains in the shop.
The team was awesome, they made the purchase very smooth. The team was also very informative on the the vehiclele, purchase process, and delivery.

After a couple issues with the vehicle that I purchased I received a follow-up call from Tray and he listened to my concerns and forwarded them to his supervisor. I received a call from Michael and him and I had a great conversation and he listened to my concerns. Streetside Classics of Charlotte has given me the best customer service I have ever received from a dealership. They followed up after the sale and they made it right. Great customer service, Great Staff they care about their customers. I would use them again.

After speaking with Matt, Drove all night from Florida. Car was everything he said, purchase went smoothly. Matt was great to deal with. When returned home. Ellen was on the ball getting us the title. She is also great to deal with!! Thanks guys
