I had given this place a five-star review a couple of years back, but after my recent experience, I can't justify that rating anymore. I never really liked the owner's husband--he always came off as out of it, like he was either half-asleep or recovering from a hangover. Not friendly, not informative, and honestly just vague and unhelpful. Extremely bad service, all they care about is JUST MONEY. They didn't do anything. I recommend les Schwab they changed my tires no problem. Dave and his wife are very unprofessional.

Its a hit or miss type of shop. The owner's need a little attitude adjustment and proper customer service lacks from this shop. Had work done couple times, yet to see the final outcome, but heck if I'm paying a buck here, your attitude needs to chill a bit. Repair shops are almost on every block in Brentwood, Some will just get more business then others. Sending good future vibes to you .

Came here to get a quote and the front desk is very rude and unprofessional. On top of that they were lighting tires on fire in their garage right next to customers cars. Not very smart.

Please don't get your wheel alignment here. I have seen other reviews for the same problem and wished I had read them before I went to this business, but I was in a pinch. I had to bring my car back for steering wheel correction (which was the technician's fault) a total of 3 times. Each time i waited for over 2 hours and this was with an appointment. I don't give bad reviews at all. Please don't get your wheel alignment here. Brought two of my vehicles in for an alignment and each time I had to bring them back for steering wheel correction (which was the technician's fault). To this day both cars have not been corrected and they tried blaming me for the crooked steering wheel. One of the worst alignment technicians I've dealt with and no accountability from the owners. Was willing to buy 4 new tires.. seemed like she didn't want to help me they didn't have my size asked for pricing didn't tell me any prices basically hung up! Don't recommend

My steering wheel was off centered so I brought my car here for an alignment. I knew the toe settings were probably slightly off. I paid for a 4 wheel alignment and the printout did confirmed toe settings were slightly off. As I drove away with the car, I noticed the steering wheel was still off centered at the same angle. I gave them a benefit of a doubt and decided to drive it for a few day to confirm. It seems like nothing was adjusted since nothing changed, still off centered. We took in our beautiful great running 99 M3 to have a small leak fixed. The owner took 3 weeks to finish it off, the mechanic he put on the job come to find out has the same car whom told the owner "thank god we got this car I need some parts from it."
