I've used this pharmacy for my patients for a few yrs now and their customer service has been excellent! I needed a very specialized cream for a patient and they went above and beyond to make it happen. It was a huge hassle for them because of so many logistical problems, but they did it with a great attitude and delighted my patient!
I've been getting my prescriptions from La Vita for over a decade and have been very happy with them. Recently, Strive took over La Vita Pharmacy. When I called for my refills, was quoted the price, and was shocked. The price nearly doubled! When I asked why, I was told it's "market pricing." No, it's not. It's corporate greed. I seriously doubt your employees got a raise from "market pricing." I bet the CEO and the board members did. Awful pharmacy, awful service. This pharmacy dispensed a liquid medication that crystallized and did not replace the medication. I was instructed to run it under warm water… which I did and the medication stayed crystallized. They said that I could get a new prescription and pay for another vile of the same medication which will never happen. This pharmacy is a lifesaver. My medications are not covered by insurance, the generic is not available in my state or possibly the entire country and the price has quadrupled in the past few years. This pharmacy charged me $67 for 45 pills that CVS wanted $60 per pill.
