When it was taking way too long for my prescription to be shipped (over 1 week), I called them to see what was going on and the woman I spoke with was very unprofessional and defensive as she explained that there was a mistake and though my payment was processed, the order never was never processed. A polite apology would have made a difference for me but I will no longer fill my prescriptions here.
Rebecca is outstanding. She quickly fixed an issue and did it in the friendliest and most helpful manner I have seen from a medical service provider in quite a while. I would definitely recommend this Strive Pharmacy in La Jolla, CA. Strive Team, thanks again for the great service.
The good: Customer service is always pleasant and helpful. The bad: I am constantly having to call customer service each time I need a refill, often more than once because the automated messages and the auto refill process is deeply flawed. A vague text message is sent asking for "more info" but not saying what info is needed, but also says not to text this # back and to instead text some other number. I've used this pharmacy for my patients for a few yrs now and their customer service has been excellent! I needed a very specialized cream for a patient and they went above and beyond to make it happen. It was a huge hassle for them because of so many logistical problems, but they did it with a great attitude and delighted my patient!
Strive is the "gold standard" for compounding! After getting compounded products from other reputable companies, I have consistently felt better instantly from more than one product from Strive. Their customer service is excellent as is their access to speak to a pharmacist directly. They are top-notch (A+++) and I recommend them very highly!
