The good: Customer service is always pleasant and helpful. The bad: I am constantly having to call customer service each time I need a refill, often more than once because the automated messages and the auto refill process is deeply flawed. A vague text message is sent asking for "more info" but not saying what info is needed, but also says not to text this # back and to instead text some other number. I've used this pharmacy for my patients for a few yrs now and their customer service has been excellent! I needed a very specialized cream for a patient and they went above and beyond to make it happen. It was a huge hassle for them because of so many logistical problems, but they did it with a great attitude and delighted my patient!
Awful pharmacy, awful service. This pharmacy dispensed a liquid medication that crystallized and did not replace the medication. I was instructed to run it under warm water… which I did and the medication stayed crystallized. They said that I could get a new prescription and pay for another vile of the same medication which will never happen.
