Appreciated Clay and his thoroughness and knowledge with all related to getting a new roof. He was great guiding us through the process! He made it easy to understand how it works with the insurance! The crew to do the roof was efficient replacing the roof as well as cleaning after. Will be willing to use them again for roofing. We decided to go with their roofing company since we had good experience with foundation company!

We used Structured Roofing Systems to replace our roof for an insurance claim. They came up in a search on The Good Contractors List, and we chose them because we had a great experience with Structured Foundation Repair a couple years ago. Clay worked tirelessly with our insurance company to make sure they covered all the damages from the May 2023 hail storm. Very good company to use for these type of home repairs. They came highly recommended by my real estate agent. They were early every time they were scheduled to bid the job, do the work and finalize all the paperwork. The people they used to do the plumbing tests and the engineering tests were very good also. Structured Foundation took care of everything. I was nervous about everything thing done and “getting ready” for the work, but they took care of it all. Showed up on time and competed it all in a day. Would have liked to see their results after the foundation repair, but I got those from the Engineers who did the final evaluation. Look forward to a stable and warranted foundation.

Amazing, the process and experience was exactly as described. Work was completed on time, post foundation repair follow-up has been great. Would definitely recommend others use Structured vs. going with potentially less expensive alternatives.

Can't speak highly enough about their service and quality of work. A roof replacement can be a lot to have to understand and deal with. They walked us thru all the steps, worked closely with our insurance carrier and made it all a straight forward, seamless experience. They make customer service and the customer experience their priority.

I'm so thankful Clay came to see me. I've had other roofing companies knock on my door & either try to scare me into purchasing unnecessary repairs or advise to contact my insurance co to try to get a new roof due to "hail damage". Clay provided me an update to the actual wear/tear to my roof & I couldn't be more impressed w/ his knowledge (but kept it simple for me) & his honesty.
