The lead person was very customer oriented Explained procedures and invited us to see how procedures were achieved. The crew was very diligent Felt very comfortable working with everyone

This was my second time to use Structured, The first time was in a previous home that required more piers. We had cracks in bricks , several doors that wouldn’t close and kitchen and bathroom tiles that were cracking from the foundation movement. We were nervous about who to call because we have heard about many nightmare scenarios where they had their foundation adjusted and they had several of the same problems but new ones developed after the lift. Very professional group. Everything was was set up and ran smoothly. The whole task was completed in one day. There was a two month back log before project could be started. Everything was was put back in place including shrubs. There is a one month backlog with the plumbing company to check the house. This seemed a little concerning in the event something was wrong. I would highly recommend these guys to do your repairs!
A professional team showed up on time & worked in tandem with each other to complete a very professional job. Project Managers were very attentive, knowledgeable & knew exactly what they were doing! I was amazed & extremely pleased on the final job.
The head man was very nice and had everything and everyone in control. It was a very good experience for us. Thank you.
