It was very good. They were efficient and very nice. They cleaned up after themselves. They answered any questions I had even when the work was all done. I would use them again.
The outcome was successful according to the engineer, so the work seems to have been well done. But the process was messy. We asked twice before the job for information about what to expect and what we might need to know about the process. We were told nothing. When the first crew showed up after a great deal of scheduling angst, we were treated to a string of "Didn't they tell you to move the furniture? This complaint that we didn’t explain what to expect is hard to understand. First of all, our representative went to this customer’s home on two different occasions and finally referred them to an engineer. When we got the engineering report’s recommendations, we prepared a proposal for the customer and called him to go over what was being done. It went really good. Every time I call they are available.
One member came out to do the work. Very informative about what he was doing and how he was going to proceed. Hementioned thatI had noproblems with my foundation and to call in ayear for another assessment. The thing that most stood out was his honesty. I didn't need work done and he didn't try to force any on me.
Mr. Jack Phelps came out to do an inspection of a property we have listed for sale. After being told we needed 10 piers by a not so reputable company, I felt the need to have other opinions. Mr. Phelps was very professional and through about pointing out things he found. At the end of the day, he was honest and told us that he DID NOT see enough damage for concern at that he didn't think repairs were needed at this time.
