This company was very honest and thorough, and they even didn't charge us the last time we called. The people that came out were excellent, professional and determined that we didn't need any repairs after all. I am just so impressed, I can't say a bad word about them!

They arrived on time with multiple workers and completed the job within several days. They had to dig a long trench around the house to accomodate the French and surface drains.They neatly piled the dirt on tarps so that damage to the lawn would be minimized. Overall, the installation went smoothly and was as neatly done as could be expected. Doug Porubsky arrived at the scheduled time and did a thorough evaluation of the home. From the measurements taken, it appears that the home was constructed on a slope making it difficult to determine how and where the foundation may have shifted. The doors are square in most of my home including the lower, front of the house. However, it is evident from a crack in one place on the exterior that there is damage. Although Structured Foundation was the most expensive of the three bids we received, we chose them because of the complete service they provide. The quote included 3 things that were not included in the other bids: obtaining the city permit, a post-lift plumbing inspection by a 3rd party plumber, and an engineer's report from a 3rd party engineer after the work is complete. They were courteous, professional, on time and took great care with my home and my many questions. I am pleased with their work. <br /> <br /> After the repair is completed - they send an indendent engineer and plumber to re-check my home.
