When my husband and I bought this house 4 1/2 years ago, it needed foundation work. We required this work to be done by the sellers prior to purchasing the house. He measured the inside of the house and checked the outside since I had noticed some cracks in the brick and my back door was hard to open. He recommended calling a plumber to have the house checked for leaks since the measurements showed no large differences, no definitive "ups and downs"in the floor. He said to call him if I didn't like what the plumber said. I have since had my pipes checked and did find a leak under the foundation. All appointments were punctual. Estimate was given and explained within my expectation. The crew came out and did the work on the appointed date. I was surprised as to how quickly the work could get done. It took the crew only 4 hours to dig up the holes and installed the pilings, end to end for the whole job. All dirt were kept on tarps and put back cleanly. <br />
