Dave at Sturm Heating repaired my gas fireplace which had been redlined by a repairman from another Spokane Valley company who I immediately suspected only wanted to sell me a new fireplace . I so appreciate that Dave was willing to take the time to thoroughly inspect my fireplace and took the time to repair it. He saved me from spending nearly $10,000 on a new one. I highly recommend that anyone who has a problem with a gas fireplace call Sturm and ask for Dave to do an inspection.
They did a great job. They were extremely professional and helpful. I was pretty ignorant about the heating system in my parents' house. They answered my questions and didn't look down on them. I highly recommend them and their work.

Maybe it was just luck, but we called Sturm on Monday when it was 98°, they sent a rep out the same day, and our new Carrier unit was installed by Wednesday. No problems, despite a challenging 123yo house. House was cool by Wed afternoon. Bob and his team were awesome!
Heat ducts cleaned, I knew exactly what the process entailed when i called for the quote, the crew was punctual and professional while doing the job.
Joe came out and installed my new furnace today. He was on time, polite and professional. He explained everything I needed to know and asked if I had any questions. Kip was the young man that came out and gave me the estimate, he was awesome also. I can see why Sturm is number one in Spokane.
