not satisfied with service for frozen condensation line problem for furnace installed in 2022.
Purchased a Lennox Mini Split system for an addition to our house when they had a rep in Costco. Almost immediately it didn't work properly. Sturm has been out multiple times attempting to sort the system out. The system since it's installation has never performed properly (trouble codes or just not functioning). Now the compressor is out in the system and Lennox doesn't have the part. It's been over a month and a half and no part. The technicians are professional so I have no complaint there. The $120 thermostat we paid for with a new furnace sold and installed by Sturm stopped working after just two years. Called Sturm and they said the would send a tech out the following day at 11 A.M. at a rate of $110 for the first hour and 1/4 hour block thereafter. They made no mention of a practice of charging me for the drive time from the previous customers place to my house. I found that out after the guy's showed up. Mr. Mclaughlin was charged for a furnace tune-up ($99) and the labor to replace the thermostat ($38.50) since the thermostat part was under warranty. I’ve made a follow up call to Mr. Mclaughlin and there was obviously miscommunication between my dispatcher and the customer as to what he wanted done on the call during the original conversation. Due to this miscommunication I will be crediting the customer the $27.50 he believed he was overcharged on the invoice. Shawn Adam President Sturm Heating, Inc.
