We worked with different people. They did not answer my questions correctly. The whole process was stressful!! Communication was not good. A new person was introduced and it was like starting the whole process again. I don't recommend them for your loan… Trabajamos con diferentes personas. Proporcionabamos todos los documentos a tiempo pero como varias personas estan involucradas no estaban en la misma pagina todo el proceso fue estresante con ellos. No los recomiendo

When I was told by the buyer's agent that I should stop trying to reach Pedro for updates, because he was too busy, let's just say that left an unpleasant impression on me. Communication throughout was not as robust as it is with other LOs.
