We have to tell you that we have been a customer for over 13 years and have had nothing but a very positive relationship at this dealership. Yesterday Jean and I came in for our normal maintenance check up, oil change and tire rotation. It’s the first time we have been in the new remodel. We loved it. My tire had a nail in it and it shredded. AAA changed the tire to my spare and advised that I could only drive it for a short while. I called Subaru service and they told me to come in. Customer service was top-notch! I was in and out within an hour and good to go with my new tire.

Our service was top notch and when things went a little sideways with our warranty Subaru of bend made it right! Best car service we have had and even better customer service. Paul was the guy assisting us and he was the best. It was a great experience in whole.
