No delays in getting appt for oil change. Greeted at reception area with a familiar hello and was processed quickly. Shuttle driver was conscious of traffic and obeyed the speed limits, while at the same time engaged in conversation. Cost of oil change continues to climbs. On check out the staff alerted me to my 90,000 mile check up. Thanks to the team.
Repairs delivered as promised did not have to wait long for an appointment was able to delay car pickup by a day
