Everyone was courteous and the waiting area is nice. I made an appointment in advance at 9:15 for oil change and diagnose a loud noise coming from one of my tires. I was the second person in line in the appointment line. The man checking me in test drove and said he thought it was a rock, so moved my car out of the appointment line and into the express line to expedite. Dylan was great! Very easy to work with and did a wonderful job tracking down what I needed in a very short timeframe.
Attentive, excellent service! I was told what was good, and given a heads up about what might need attention down the road. The waiting room is comfortable and my service manager was friendly and upbeat. ALWAYS a positive experience at Subaru Bend!

I was able to make my appointment quickly, as I thought it might be a safety issue. Subaru provided transportation to and from my home. The issue was diagnosed and parts ordered.
I had an urgent need to lease/ purchase a vehicle As a prior Subaru vehicle owner -I know how wonderful the cars are, inclusive of safety, resale value, and plain and simple, great cars. Dylan, who assisted me, made it so easy. The Finance Dpt was amazing too. I am thrilled & give great thanks to a wonderful team. Bonus, the new showroom is fab!!
