I was assisted by Russell. It was an oil change. He was great. And when they couldn’t wash my car bc I left the bike rack on, he said I could come back and get that done. I came back in a few hours and Russell was there but finishing paperwork so another guy came over ( his desk the one next to Russell) and I told him the story and he said he was sorry but couldn’t help me.
