I had a wheel mounting lugnut missing and was needing my vehicle in "trip" condition. Without hesitation your Customer Service Rep said to bring in my car that same day for Express Service. When I arrived, I was expeditiously served, given an estimated wait time (which was then met) and given a summary of the issues that they found and how they were fixed. Service was fast, service Advisor Russel was thorough and let me know how long he thought it would be, ended up being much faster! WiFi was perfect for getting some work done.
Brought my Subaru Forrester in for an oil change. No appointment needed. The wait was short. Russ greeted me with a smile. I waited in the lobby with a book to read until the car was done. Russ came out to get me & walked me to my car after I paid for the service. There was a note in my dashboard from the mechanic to have a fantastic day. Very happy! Excellent customer service!
