Fantastic customer service, comprehensive, they made it so easy, from the uber ride & rental car to calling my warranty & doing a complete look at the repairs that were needed, not just the transmission issue I came in with. They looked at my brake pads for free & found an oil leak my warranty was able to cover, too.

I have always had outstanding service at Subaru of Bend. Service advisors are very courteous and helpful. Costs are reasonable. Service areas and waiting rooms are very clean and comfortable. We are repeat customers because we know the service will be done right.
Jake was very attentive and provided excellent service. I inadvertently left a.backup battery to my portable oxygen machine on his desk. He left me a vmail within minutes of my departure. I appreciated that a great deal. All of the work on my Outback was thorough and timely, especially patching a tire that was leaking. Thank you Tim

I have never had such a great car buying experience. From our first arrival where we met our salesman Sam who was very informative, but none of the strong arming we have experienced in the past. He really just wanted us to be happy with whatever car we chose. Equally good were the other people we met including Bill who handled the finances. No pressure, really organized. I will recommend Bend Subaru to everyone.
Customer service was A+. Dustin took care of the issue and was very responsive and professional.
Branden was great. Polite. Sincere. Solid technical expertise.
