Was very pleased with the salesman (Ben)! He was professional & easy to talk with! I was disappointed that they wanted an additional $250 to install a strap to pull down the rear access, I have bad shoulders and unable to lift my Arms high enough to pull it down! All in all a very good experience with your sales people!
