The Service manager was very Helpful and spoke plainly for me to understand the work He took the time and addressed my Concerns William did an Excellent Job.
Noah was super good about explaining how the process would go and when he called with details, it was clear what needed to be done and what might be able to wait. I really appreciated that! From making the appointment to my car delivered after 90,000 mile service, everything went smoothly. Both Mario and Noah were superb in taking the car, servicing on time, explaining in detail what was required, getting the mechanics to perform the job and returning the vehicle within the time it was promised. Carly and Tara provided me with a loaner upon my arrival and received it without delays. Always a good experience at Subaru of Bend.
