Went in for oil change with a coupon. Went well, did not try to sell me a lot of extras! Very well explained.
Each of them did everything possible to take care of us and what we wanted and needed! Best management and team ever! We will keep coming back here and send our friends and Family!
My first experience with Subaru of Bend’s service department since I purchased my first Subaru and I found them to be very knowledgeable while friendly, and totally efficient. Russell explained the process , and also the results, very well.
They all were excellent
Very accommodating and honest
Very good, service writer Brandon was on top of my needed services and didn’t push anything not needed. He’s been at the dealership for several years and is very trustworthy.
I drove into the express lane and was immediately greeted with a smile and helped fast and efficiently. I was in and out within 30 minutes! .
I had a great experience working with the dealership service center. Easily booked the appointment with convenient appointments. They were very helpful from start to finish. My car was well taken care of during the time there retuned clean and the service was complete!
Quick, easy oil change.
