underwriters needing proof of a $100 annual HOA payment on a house not involved in this transaction on a 1M house seemed a bit trite. Needing URLs on web transactions for down payment $$ provided by us, not BankSouth was a complete pain in the ass! and the tedium of oh one more form/document this made this experience borderline ... um sukky
