Sue Ann was very kind and thorough..we always felt like we were in good hands
Sue Ann went over and above throughout the buyers' loan to keep all updated, and closed on the contract date, after 5 on a Friday afternoon. Most loan officers, in my past, would have put the closing off to Monday. Sue Ann is an excellent person and loan officer!
Communication was excellent and both my client and I were kept in the loop throughout the process which took a lot off the stress for my client, who was buying her first house. My main business is in TN, but I will most definitely use Sue Ann again when I have a transaction in KY.

I appreciated working locally so I could shake hands, speak face to face, and hand Sue Ann tangible documents. Sue Ann answered my questions, she worked hard, and worked quickly. Whenever Sue Ann was unable to answer a particular question, she quickly got me help from someone else who could answer. Sue Ann is excellent at what she does. She even came to my closing day!
Sue Ann is so easy to work with and was extremely helpful with this part of my home buying process.
