Sue Ann went over and above throughout the buyers' loan to keep all updated, and closed on the contract date, after 5 on a Friday afternoon. Most loan officers, in my past, would have put the closing off to Monday. Sue Ann is an excellent person and loan officer!
Communication was excellent and both my client and I were kept in the loop throughout the process which took a lot off the stress for my client, who was buying her first house. My main business is in TN, but I will most definitely use Sue Ann again when I have a transaction in KY.
