We appreciated everything. Personally I'd say the biggest thing that made me comfortable with Sue Ann was fairly early in the process. While we were communicating well enough through emails, I wanted a face to face meeting to help me better understand the entire process. Her finding the time to answer even my simplest questions is by far the biggest reason I would recommend her to anyone.
